1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Run Mongolia's website and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and register for events. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. User Accounts

• • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account.
• • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
• • You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

5. Payments & Refunds

• • Event registration fees are displayed in Mongolian Tugrik (MNT/₮). International users are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by their bank or payment provider.
• • Payments are processed securely through QPay or Golomt Bank. We do not store your card or bank account details.
• • Registration fees are non-refundable once payment is confirmed, except in the following cases: (a) the event is cancelled by Run Mongolia, or (b) you cancel more than 30 days before the event start date.
• • Refund requests must be submitted via email to [email protected]. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
• • Run Mongolia reserves the right to change event pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect registrations that have already been paid.

6. Race Results & Public Data

By registering for an event, you consent to the publication of your name, nationality, bib number, and race results (finish time, placement) on our website and leaderboards. You can control the visibility of other personal information (email, bio, location, age) through your profile privacy settings.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Run Mongolia or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
• • Impersonate another person or provide false information
• • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems
• • Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
• • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from our website

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Run Mongolia and its directors, officers, employees, and volunteers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services or participation in events, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mongolia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
